@ThelVanDamne i mean yeah, if you change the movement back to where it feels 1:1 with its counterparts it plays the same.. except it feels like you're a smaller, faster spartan that can jump higher, which correlates to what the main thread talks about. mobility helped influence the map design
@ThelVanDamne I ain't denying that the weapons sandbox can have influence on a maps design, but because movement is so different compared to halos 1-3, even reach, you would be ignorant to think that remastered maps being generally larger isn't because of the free degree of movement halo 5 has
@joar_lj another thing to note is when halo 5 was remastering maps from older halos (ex. Heretic -> Truth), they had to make the map size bigger to compensate for advanced movement that wasn't present in those games, so it def tracks
