@vincempls @cityofsaintpaul Just because the zoning might allow it doesn't mean that the market is interested in building it. Pretty sure that the Allianz superblock already has approved plans to build very high density projects and things are moving very slowly, and at lower densities.

@urbanevesen Fairly certain that the trail that appears to lead to nowhere is in preparation for an upcoming underpass beneath Plymouth Avenue. There was a maintenance agreement for this in a recent City Council agenda, so I think it's actually happening.

@kayleefabulous I'd love to see comparative info on the hull forms of the ships on the Great Lakes. Rounded hull of the 1000'ers vs bulbous bows of salties vs traditional bows of older lakers vs the newest classes of lakers. Cost to build vs efficiency, etc.
