A lot of men aren’t heartless, they’re hurting. They’re not emotionally unavailable just emotionally unstable. And there’s a big difference. That’s why so many of them show up as avoidants.
But it goes deeper than fear of intimacy. Let’s talk about it;
A woman who healed herself will never beg for love again. She knows how to rebuild from nothing. She’s felt the ache of loneliness, the weight of unreciprocated love, and the exhaustion of chasing people who were never meant for her. And she will never put herself through that again.
Men love to provide for their women, They text their woman. Call her to hear her voice. Take her out on dates. Make her a priority, they lead and make life easier for her. It brings them joy to do the most for her. If you've to teach a man how to treat you, just find a new man.
Heal so you stop seeing attention as affection, attachment as connection, codependency as support, disagreements as attacks, rejection as you are not good enough, their lack of effort as a sign for you to try harder, and their bare minimum as a sign for you to give more.
What made letting go easier for me is realising I was never the problem. Some ppl don’t want love; they want freedom from accountability, expectations, from the weight of consistency. They’ll entertain you for as long as your boundaries and standards are low.
ur never too cool to acknowledge the blog / writer that’s taking time out of their day to support what u do and push u forward . no matter how small . even if it’s just a nod , they believe in u . ur not above them
