@DanielS22R Two guesses. One is that it’s due to Chaos Energy. Due to how many times he’s used the Chaos Emeralds in his life, it’s had an effect on his body not too dissimilar to Shadow’s existence, making him never age. Maybe most of his body is made up of/held together via it.
