@AshtonWagener Hi Ashton, Dettol Antiseptic Liquid removes germs from skin, safeguards from infections caused by cuts and scratches, and can also be used as household disinfectant. For pimples, I'd suggest contacting your nearest dermatologist - they'll be able to advise.
