​视频中，这只猴子在南海舞台上表演“卡拉OK”。剧情安排这只猴子因演唱“错误歌词”被幕后操纵者训斥并抛入海中。最终，借鲸鱼之口，将《南海仲裁决》定性为“海洋垃圾”，以此来否定裁决的合法性，并宣扬其“保护海洋和平”的官方叙事。
