Penix biggest issue is he has zero touch on the ball. Can’t miss a wide open touchdown because it will inevitably come back to bite them. If they can still score it won’t matter but if they don’t this is the difference between good teams and bad teams. Razor thin margins.

Analytics are subjective and this imperfect. It's the same as "old school" scouting. One person's expected goals is not the same as someone else's. The science is in the flesh and blood details. The science is an also art. It's imperfect but it can help you get close to math. I love math--it's spiritual. But, we will never reach math--because math is perfect. Plus/minus IS perfect but it's not art. Same as shots on goal. Noah Kahan's song "Downfall" is perfect art---according to my analytics.
