@samswoora How has your life improved since taking them? I’m interested in external metrics like success fitness and quality of relationships as even heroin provides internal relief.
@f35bot11@SFTheeboG@clubmandan@thepeacepoet99 I’m glad. It was foolish of me to assume deep understanding of a life I haven’t lived. Sorry for picking a fight and I wish you the best.
It feels really good immediately because they release dopamine in your brain. Heroin feels really good immediately for the same reason. Both are harmful in the long term in ways you can’t perceive while on them because they alter your thinking.
To be clear, whether you have ADHD or not it will have this effect, in the same way that heroin feels good for everyone, not only some ill-defined subset of people.
I watch in real time as people who are excited and driven discuss taking these meds then one day suddenly lose that. The drugs always feel really good to them but from the outside you see the harm. It’s like how stoners are convinced marijuana solves their problems and calms them down and helps them but everyone around them who is sober and clearheaded watches them become losers.
Trans people do not deserve violence and I am sorry it happens. That is severely wrong and the perpetrators of the violence should be arrested.
I do not know you or people reading this and don’t really care what personality they adopt but we are wired to respond positively when we exercise and socialize so I recommend it. Additionally those behaviors bring many other benefits to yourself and others.
I am sorry but you are not changing who you are. People born as men with XY chromosomes are men and they cannot become women, only physically experimented on men. Women born as women with XX chromosomes are women and they cannot become men, only physically experimented on women.
Intersex people are exceptions but most trans people are not intersex.
Imagine a group of powerful, well-connected anorexics gather and formulate a plot to reject the psychiatric framing of anorexia and turn their illness into a healthy identity.
They make it discrimination and bigotry to call anorexia a mental disorder and frame access to liposuction and Ozempic as medically necessary and a human right.
The whole world goes along with this.
In the field of anorexia-affirming care, an anorexic receives immediate affirmation of her anorexic identity and unfettered access to the weight-loss medical treatments that her disorder demands.
No psychotherapeutic attempt is made to loosen the grip of the belief.
Then, instead of measuring success by objective outcomes such as physical health and quality of life, researchers in the field opt for self-report: in other words, after giving the anorexic the very treatments that her disorder compels her to seek, the researchers ask her if she is happy.
When she says yes, this confirms that Ozempic and liposuction are beneficial and appropriate treatments for anorexia.
That is the medical world’s current approach to managing the trans phenomenon.

Valuable as your birth gender would have been better phrasing on my part. For men, physical strength is part of our value as it is our role to protect women and children, hence value being unlocked by fitness. Additionally fitness contributes to better mood and more confidence in all people which improves your ability to provide value to others.
Socializing builds value because you can’t help people if you don’t interact with them.
Saying people innately have the ability to be and feel valuable as the gender they are would have been more accurate and precise to what I’m trying to say.
@SFTheeboG@f35bot11@clubmandan@thepeacepoet99 Purposeful work and consistent, close community (find something you love to do and do it consistently for a long time in the same group) would be my next recommendations. They take longer to achieve so it makes sense to start with fitness and socializing.
@f35bot11@clubmandan@thepeacepoet99 You 100% have a future there and it is accessible via fitness and socializing and coming to the realization that you are a full human as you are and are innately valuable and good without needing to let a doctor experiment on your body.
@dbatura Real reason: I need to keep a timer on X as it is too addicting to scroll for me and I can’t have a timer on my finance app. A separate X Money app would help or in-app hardened customizable time limits on certain features.
Niche reason but my honest answer
