राजस्थान मे योजना-पत्र तैयार करने वाले बाबू को 5-7 दिन की मेहनत लगती है,वहीं अधिकारी केवल 10 Sec. मे हस्ताक्षर करके फ्री हो लेते है,फिर 5 दिन की मेहनत वाले बाबू को वेतन 20800 व 10 Sec. मेहनत वाले अधिकारी को 90000 रू, ये अन्याय क्यो ?
