@IndiGo6E just leaving Ahmedabad airport for Pune where the ground staff at the gate was really rude. Boarding was 8:25, we were at the gate at 8:24. We were yelled at and told to get another flight! Not done. I thought this industry was all about customer service. Pathetic!

Best part is we reach the aircraft and are waiting to board it. Now we are not getting late. I was yelled at for showing her the time in phone which I tapped on the table twice to get her attention from all the yelling!

3 things to never forget while welcoming employees back to work:
1. Listen to them - Everyone's life has changed in the past couple of years. Priorities have changed, challenges have changed. So, make sure you figure out a way to listen to them. Send out a survey, have 1-1s.

3. Be flexible - A lot of knowledge workers can seamlessly work from home. So, it's for us to ask ourselves if everybody needs to come back to office.
