What controller and software did you start DJing with and if you had the time to go back would you change it, or do you feel that learning with it pushed you to learn things you otherwise wouldn't have? Was muscle memory hard to fix when switching?

@Operator_A_F I agree. Learning what tools you need from doing the trade will help with choosing something in the future and you learn new things while doing them unconventionally
@medlish I started with DDJ-SB3. I still use it. The faders are small but I tend to lock my tempo when loading in, then use hot cues and shift+platter scroll to quickly find what I want to add a cue point for. I would still like longer adjusts for in headphone experiments
