I'll be posting here a lot less because of the changes in ownership, TOS, and experience. This was always my 'too short' or 'not fully formed' for linkedin or random thoughts at conferences or with folks in the field space anywho.
Ten days ago I started the "do we need to solve this before calendar year end?" and I'm grateful that the season of 'before the holidays' now starts for everyone else.

Decided that what we needed was a week long retreat to spend time figuring everything out together. But realistically, who can do that when these days even a day retreating is hard?
Milestone 2 fully entered - HOW are our internal partnerships holding up? We had 31 team members rate their own and other teams on 20 attributes of strong teams. Just shared the results so we can plan where we want to change!
First session - success!
We moved through the agenda, everyone spoke, people were brave and vulnerable, and we're going to continue to increase feelings of safety and productivity for all.

End of week accountibility thread - I think I count 24 post it notes of things I'm going to finish this week. A lot of these will roll to a consolidated list for next week, but some can be done fast.
Paraphrasing Lisa Toppin - talent management looks similar everywhere. If we want to make change we've talked about, we have to deconstruct our process becase they are baked in the social oppression of our society. We can't elliminate, but can we reduce by having better managers?
I passed the CFRE exam this week earning the designation!
I was not really going to say much about it, but then read Kiese Laymon this week on how we undermine ourselves so decided to share. I did a lot of work to earn this, the earning wasn't the goal, but the work was mine.
