India’s exemplary GDP growth of 7.8% during Q1 of FY 2026-27 is a herculean feat.
The collective strength of our people ensured India delivered such growth despite oil price shocks and supply chain issues in the midst of global uncertainties.
Doomsayers were doomed and India bloomed…yet again!
@avadhesh1569@narendramodi I pity on you but what can we expect from a person who can see Rahul as his PM?
Start reading and do little bit of research on data.
After coming in power, Modi govt found 1950’s barrage can’t work on expectations in this era, so taken this issue at war front. And without these steps this barrage would be not able to bear this heavy flow of water. A World Bank-supported Kosi Basin project (2015 onward) reinforced vulnerable stretches and improved flood forecasting. The Centre has also released funds under the Flood Management and Border Areas Programme. The larger Kosi-Mechi intra-state link project, now under PMKSY-AIBP with more than ₹3,650 crore in central assistance and a 2029 target, aims to divert surplus Kosi water for irrigation while easing flood pressure. India and Nepal held a joint committee meeting in 2026 that produced a cooperation roadmap, including removal of encroachments around the barrage. Talks on the proposed Sapta Kosi high dam in Nepal continue; studies are complete but the detailed project report is still pending.
NDA governments at the Centre and in Bihar have continued work on Kosi flood management, though the original barrage itself dates to the 1950s. Key steps include regular maintenance of the existing barrage and embankments, new irrigation-and-flood-diversion projects, and renewed talks with Nepal on a long-pending high dam. Bihar’s NDA government has funded repairs to the Kosi Barrage’s 66 gates and mechanical systems (over ₹27 crore approved for 2025–30), raised and strengthened embankments, and carried out anti-erosion works. So please don’t underestimate the vision and work of other governments because you love Nehru.
Kyrgyzstan is a secular country like India.
90% population of Kyrgyzstan is Sunni Muslim..
The Kyrgyzstan govt has banned the niqab and burqa in public spaces.
A Women wearing a niqab or burqa in public face a fine of 20,000 som (about $230).
If Modi govt notifies similar rule in India, your ass would be on fire and you would be jumping insanely..
If lifes gives you an IIT seat utilise it like her.

In May 2026, Delhi govt issued a tender to procure bicycles for students. A distributor for Hero Cycles offered the lowest bid, beating out two OEMs who asked for more money. One OEM could not qualify and has now complained they would have qualified if their 2025-26 financials would be considered. This is illogical as 25-26 financials are only due for a company by Sep-Oct. In any case we find ourselves in a unique position where the lowest bidder winning a contract has led to corruption allegations. This influencer is even saying the OEMs who bid much higher should get the contract, something we are struggling to understand. There are allegations by an OEM who did not qualify. However nothing that would constitute proof of wrongdoing yet, Illogical rants by influencers notwithstanding.

The 2026 Public Examinations Bill doesn't include administrative preventive measures because those measures don't need to be codified into law unlike penal provisions. Don't just carry the constitution, read it too.
PMNRF carries the PMs name, doesn't get audited by CAG, doesn't fall under RTI. Exactly the same as PMCARES and countless other charitable trusts. But professional propagandists hide this to create the impression something is wrong with PMCARES.
@ThomasSowell You guys have absolutely no understanding of Indian Affirmative system.
You both are just blabbering with half truth, partial data and making assumptions.
Just accusations and a fabricated case is enough to arrest a sitting CM.
To arrest a crony, the “system” is taking every care to “touch” him while the fraud and the fraud amount are as clear as day.
