This is cruel, twisted and the very height of evil but heartbreakingly, it’s unsurprising. Every woman you know has had to look over her shoulder, run and run fast, take a longer route home or call a loved one in fear because of a man.

3. Understand that racism isn't just an "American problem". Belly Mujinga, Mark Duggan, Stephen Lawrence, and Grenfell to name a few make our country culpable too.
4. Our history isn't fully taught and understood. While the system fails, individuals can educate themselves.

2. See that we are not equal. Amy called the police on Christian knowing that they're there to protect white bodies and punish black bodies.
