Excited to be attending the 20th Annual SANS ICS Summit. Don’t remember exactly which year was my first but I’m pretty sure I’ve been to half. It was definitely called the SCADA Summit when I started. #ICSSummit

@cutaway I watched a bunch of YouTube videos on how to do is free hand. Have a couple stones and a strop. Got to where I can get pretty damn sharp in a short time. I just wouldn’t use an electric sharpener; takes off too much material.

@cutaway Oh ya, forgot. Whatever you get, get a whetstone and learn how to use it. I did that a few years ago and didn’t know what I was missing.

@cutaway You could spend a fortune here. To me, depends on how serious you are. If you like to cook and want something that will last a long time, I got the Henkles Professional S set. Had it for 25 years and still happy. I’ve added a few over the years for specific purposes.
