When I was 22 I was in the military making 20k a year.
I firmly remember a master Sergeant sitting me down after I failed to pay a parkin ticket and telling me I was the most incompetent fuck up he'd ever met and that I'd never go anywhere. He just sat there and made fun of me for a half hour in his office.
I now make 5x what I used to make a year every day now. I make his yearly income every day in my sleep. If you feel like a loser, its okay. You probably are. The cool part is is you can just get mad and change all of that.
The most dangerous part of being a loser is convincing yourself its who you are. You can be whatever the F you want to be.
If your life is ass right now, you need to realize...You can push back and change all of it. It's in your power. Nothing is set in stone.
The purpose of a hammer is to hit stuff.
Whether the hammer was good or bad is based on whether it was used to build or destroy.
To find the purpose of anything, look at what changed as a result of its existence.
To find your purpose, look at what changed because of you.
I speak with no exaggeration when I say this photo was like a nuclear bomb hitting the online Atheism community in 2012. They still haven't recovered from the irreparable damage it caused. You just had to be there.
A boy asks Mozart how to write a symphony.
Mozart tells the boy he's too young and should study more first.
The boy says, "But you were writing symphonies at age 10."
Mozart: "But I wasn't asking people how to do it."
“The strength of a person's spirit would then be measured by how much 'truth' he could tolerate, or more precisely, to what extent he needs to have it diluted, disguised, sweetened, muted, falsified.”
— Nietzsche
@WifiMoneyPlant “Nothing I do is ever enough.”
That’s your problem right there. That’s a belief that implies there will ever be enough.
There is no end point to arrive at life is constant. Your goals and ambitions will change. Sounds like you’ve hit markers for an old identity you’ve outgrown
@The4thWayYT Something about this is nostalgic. Like you would see this meme late 2000s early 2010s in a demotivational poster format on 20 different websites.
