@RyanairPress @Ryanair The shock they had finding out there was auto pilot failure on their flight over Manchester, the first flight they had taken in 4 years, to take off, then due to plane failure, return to stanstead airport, no info given by aircraft, just what they were reading on the internet,

@RyanairPress @Ryanair My poor sister and her 2 tired and frightened kids are literally stranded with no bus to take them to their final destination after what has clearly been a stressful flight, no representative to offer a hotel for the night, not as much as some comfort or advise.
