I think officers who has been on the force for over 10 yrs should go back and be retrained

@Bserious12 Thanks. The perfect example of misconduct should be their very own Sergeant was just charged with DUI! Now if the police don’t consider that as being a misconduct or dishonor then the whole justice system needs to be reform or a new set of laws need to be made

The Chicago Police consent decree is a good start for reform and implementation of the Chicago Police Department but I think retraining officers who has misconduct while on duty should also be mandated into the decree. #youthgangs

Reforming officers on how not to use their guns on an unarmed citizen or on the mentally ill who reacts to the sense of fear. There should be other non harmful strategies in place to react to these type of people. Especially the mentally challenged

Crack cocaine was at an all time high and the users were committing violent crimes to have it in their possession

@Kjohns951 @JRLondon9 @jpatter4 The decree is a great start to reform CPD on how to be better officers for the communities. I think the Attorney General Office and The City of Chicago should also add to the decree a mandated retraining for officers who has committed misconduct.
