% of Non-US Matched IMGs have been gradually decreasing since 2023 and it reached the lowest of 58.3 in 2025. From 59.8 in 2023 to 58.3% in 2025.

2022: 58.2
2023: 59.8
2024: 58.8
2025: 58.3

Factors:
In my Personal Opinion following factors are response for ⬇️ Non-US IMG MATCH Rate:
1) Visa Issues:
👉 More and More programs are opting out of visa sponsorship.
👉 Programs which sponsor visa even prefer Non-Visa Requiring candidates at times.
2) Increasing No of Caribbean US-IMGs and DOs.
