Qin’s stagnation is only an issue to Gil because Qin ‘arrived’ too early.

Likewise Gil chastising Phainon for not becoming king is also a similar sort of criticism.

Nothing states he’s nerfed. Even March can use her Amphoreus form. They just don’t use them unless it’s serious (Asat Pramad)

Welt stepped up when the strongest member was DHIL on a planet with no water. He’s weaker than PT and Evernight. Welt’s only ever treated as weaker than IL narratively.

@StephAG19 @BoxTwice_ When did I say she did? It’s Rin post UBW under Zelretch. Her having Ishtar’s powers can be handwaved away in a dozen ways with the Second Magic or HG. Again, Saber’s Excalibur is entirely derived from Zero, did you complain about that too?
