@JioCare As expected, nobody showed up, neither I'm able to track or reach the engineer. Apparently Ravi Kumar is too busy to answer calls as appointed by Jio.
@JioCare And magically it has been rescheduled again for 9:30 pm today without any intimation. @jio_fiber really knows how to set the bar as low as possible. 👏👏👏👏
@JioCare I'm not surprised at your inefficiency. Here are your details. Btw it will keep showing the same status for eternity and then cancel the request. And the best part is I have been doing this on loop for the past 6 days. Kudos to your support team!
@JioCare The service request I raised was never resolved and the app shows that the request was cancelled??? If your engineer does not know how to fix the issue, I cannot wait a single day more. You have wasted enough time already!
