@CoachDanGo Great post @CoachDanGo though I’d frame India a bit differently. At about 2.82% growth, it ranks second among the countries shown, behind China at about 4.81% but ahead of the rest. So India’s growth looks more like steady catch up than barely moved.

Back from the Smart Retail and Logistics Expo in Bangkok.

What stood out for me was the implementation, not just the tech. Packaging, fulfillment speed, inventory accuracy, EAS systems, adhesive solutions, all focused on margin improvements rather than the transformation narratives one used to hear at these shows.

Exhibitors were all about making retail work better to build a faster, more reliable network that benefits customers.

The retail and logistics landscape in ASEAN is moving fast, and I’m glad I got to see it in person.

NEPCON Japan was a treat last week, with an eclectic mix of giveaways. Good shoes and grit carried me through Tokyo Big Sight’s 16 halls. I also made a friend or two 🤖 along the way.
