@Nazarielle Right, I see lots of japan-related accounts are still around, but even those are just publicity and there's very little interaction happening :(
Thought I'd check in on here since it's been a while. This place really died huh. Out of 200 following only 10 posted in the last 24 hours. 5 of those are publicity accounts, so only 5 real people. And it's all individual posts, 0 replies. Sad.
Anyway I watched Eupho S3 and got really sad because it's nowhere near as good as S1 and S2. Then I remembered how much fun it was to watch Eupho S1 every week and come here and post about it and see what everyone else had to say. The good old times!
@RnaudBertrand Modern China has been expansionist at times, the biggest example being Tibet. But also throughout its history, kingdoms in what we call China today have long been at war with each other. Sure, it never attempted to conquer Japan, but it did occupy Korea at several points in time.
@RnaudBertrand Isn’t this countered by the fact that China isn’t a homogenous society? Han chinese are the majority, but uyghur muslims, tibetans, Chinese Mongolians among others are significant culturally distinct groups. Even Han chinese aren’t homogenous, look at mandarin and canto.
@sunsopeningband Why are you drawing false equivalencies? Most of the interventions you mentioned are purely positive. Masks are not purely positive, and have a negative impact, evidenced by the fact that most people don’t want to wear them
@Decomposed_Note You’re a neat freak. Half this list should be done as needed, not on a schedule e.g.: clean your fridge as necessary, not once a month
The other half doesn’t need to be done as often as you want.
If you want to live like this that’s fine, but don’t push your ocd on others.
