Embarrassed for what? Life humbled me a few times, but I never folded. Lost people, jobs, love, money still popped out smiling. You can't shame somebody who owns their story. I said what I said.

Shoot all shots! Career shots. Romantic shots. Friendship shots. Relocation shots. All of it! Take the risk. You owe it to yourself to pursue something new and embrace the possibility of getting exactly what you want. This is your confirmation.

Go for it!

I'm teaching myself to not exaggerate my place in people’s lives. No matter how good my intentions, no matter how much they mean to me. I'm learning that sometimes you don't mean to people what they mean to you & that's okay.

Lately, I've been including this in my prayer: "If I'm not meant to have it, Lord, please remove the desire from my heart to want it, and help me find peace in its absence."

Total Praise is one of the most beautiful songs I’ve ever heard and Center of My Joy might be my favorite gospel song EVER.
