@FilanLaw You have to ask if the lawyer at SEC actually believe in the case or have they been prompted to submit anything at all that will drag on..it must be difficult for those in there who disagree with the direction sec have taken

In fact, if the SEC were to win Summary Judgment in both the @LBRYcom and @Ripple cases, it would provide Gensler the validation that most tokens are securities and justification that they must be regulated by the @SECGov.

@l1m1tlessJM @xdc_news Not so sure , if the SEC decide to go after XLM , same as XRP then that's another ISo2022 coin being held back out of only a handful that are accredited.. is there something in that?
