It is most unfortunate that the grievance has been disposed off in a casual approach without resolving the genuine issues.

DOPAT/P/2024/0000954 dt. 12.09.2024. Without resolve the grievance, it was closed. Dissastisfied with same filed Appeal vide no.DOPAT/E/A/24/0001245 dt. 12.12.2024. Till date it has not been disposed off. Kindly take necessary action.

continue to be governed by the extant Rules, Regulations and orders as are
applicable to Central Government servants."

Statutory Rules are violating.
