Children are not props for social media content.
Reckless stunts for views can put young lives at serious risk. No reel, like or moment of online attention is worth endangering a child.
Act responsibly. Keep children safe.
Assam Police mourns the passing of Shri Haridas Kachari, IPS (Retd.), a pioneering Police Officer who joined the IPS in 1963 and served Assam with distinction for nearly three decades, including as IGP (Prisons).
A trailblazer and an inspiration to generations of Bodo youth, his legacy of service will endure.
DGP Assam and all ranks pay their deepest respects and extend heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.
May his soul rest in eternal peace. 🙏
