ଏହା କେବଳ ଗ୍ରେଡ଼ ପେ ର ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ ନୁହେଁ, 4000 ଅଧ୍ୟାପକ ଅଧ୍ୟାପିକା ଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମାନର ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ, ତାଙ୍କର ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ପରିବାର ସଦସ୍ୟଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମାନର ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ, ତାଙ୍କ ଭବିଷ୍ୟତର ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ, ତଥା ଶିକ୍ଷାର ସାମଗ୍ରିକ ବିକାଶ ର ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ । କାରଣ ଶିକ୍ଷକଙ୍କୁ ବଞ୍ଚିତ ଅବସ୍ଥ���ରେ ରଖି ଶିକ୍ଷାର ବିକାଶ କରି ହୁଏ ନାହିଁ। ଅଧିକାର ମାଗୁଛୁ, ଦୟା ନୁହେଁ ।

We must learn from other states where teachers are highly respected, get what they deserve, and, more importantly, get support from their respective Governments in all respects. The reverse happens in Odisha. The tears of the teachers shall reach every nook and corner of Odisha.

We have been recruited in a due process,through an open merit based system. Still we are deprived of what we deserve, Govt. didn't pay heed to our demands. What's our fault? Choosing a service like SSB lecturer? Or being born in this state of injustice?
This shall be answered.

We've been holding peaceful black badge protest for more than six months against the injustice meted out to us. We, 4000 SSB Lecturers, humbly request our CM Sir and Pandian sir to rectify our pay scale to 5400GP and restore our dignity.

ମାନ୍ୟବର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ,ଓଡିଶା ମହୋଦୟଙ୍କୁ ଓ 5t ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ପଣ୍ଡ୍ୟାନ ମହୋଦୟଙ୍କୁ ୪୦୦୦ ଏସ.ଏସ.ବି.ଅଧ୍ୟାପିକା/ଅଧ୍ୟାପକ ନିଜର ଗ୍ରେଡ ପେ (grade pay) ₹୪୬୦୦ ରୁ ₹୫୪୦୦ ସ°ଶୋଧନ ନିମନ୍ତେ ବିନମ୍ର ଅନୁରୋଧ କରୁଅଛୁ।
ଆମର ଅନୁରୋଧ +୩ ର (degree)ଅଧ୍ୟାପକର ସମ୍ମାନ ।
