One of our Activist, Priyash Bhargava has been illegally detained in PS Bharat Nagar of N-W Delhi. Looks like the party which was carrying out illegality that Priyash complained about, has filed a false case in collusion with some errant police officer to force him to take his complaint back which is a common tactic.
IO Suraj Bhan is threatening to arrest under 107/ 151 CrPC and possibly Priyash has been manhandled in the police station.

BOMBAY HIGH COURT DIRECTS POLICE TO ENHANCE SECURITY AT FAMILY COURTS

▪️A gunman or bodyguard to principal judge at each family court, along with two male constables & three female constables to be deployed with immediate effect

▪️The decision comes after the High Court noted a rise in incidents of violence & assaults in these courts, often stemming from high tensions between litigants, some of whom have resorted to physical altercations or brought weapons

▪️The directive was issued by a bench comprising Justices V V Kankanwadi & Sanjay Deshmukh of the Bombay High Court, Aurangabad Bench, after a PIL was filed concerning the safety & security of family court environments

▪️The PIL highlighted emotionally charged disputes, particularly in marital cases, that led to assaults on opposing parties & their legal representatives

▪️The court had previously taken suo moto cognizance of the issue after multiple assaults on judicial officers
