ढाई वर्ष के मेरे भतीजे को बाइक से घुमाने निकला था। एक फोन कॉल करने के लिए राजभवन कोलकाता के मेन गेट से लगभग 100 मीटर के दूरी पर रुका और बस उतरा ही था कि एक खाकी वर्दी में युवक ने बाइक की फोटो खींच ली। और एक चालान कट गया। पता नहीं किस कानून के तहत पर मेरा जैसे गला रेत दिया गया हो।

इसलिए हम दोषी हैं। उपरोक्त विशेष स्थानों पर हम जैसे लोगों का पत्राचार हेतु आना-जाना लगा रहता है इसलिए हम शिकार बन जाते हैं। पार्किंग माफियाराज को हम हैं कि मानेंगे नहीं और सड़कों पर तैनात सिविक वॉलन्टियर तथा होंगार्ड हमको छोड़ेंगे नहीं।
