On 1st of Apr the interest to be credited as like all the bank do. Else as interest is calculated on monthly basis, credit it on monthly basis.

Hi @socialepfo team, Its been 7th month still the Interest is not yet credited to EPFO account. Ideally It should be credited by end of March i.e FY but here it is getting delay. Do we get anything extra as Interest for this delay as well. In this digital work how come such delay

@narendramodi Honorable Sir, When will EPFO interest be credited for FY 2021-22. Now we are in Q4 of FY 2022-23 but still Waiting for Interest from EPFO.

When they say its calculated on monthly basis and interest will not be credited even after 10 months financial year. This is digital India. Something is going on which nobody is saying it.

We agree process of crediting interest is ongoing. But we need a clear information on when(exact date) this will get credited. Its been more than 10month and we are in Q4 of FY 2022-23 but still waiting for interest of FY 2021-22.

Instead of asking my account details, why don't Bank take a measures on improving Customer Care process. Every customer cannot tweet over here to provide the details and cannot home walk-in to bank as well. Customer always prefer quality service.

@centralbank_in Horrible service from Customer care Team. When I call and ask some basic details and reasons, customer care team will say that I need to contact Local branch. During this digital world we can have enough information at our finger tip but still like this.

Thanks for responding at earliest. My concern is kindly improve the customer care support team. Here again why should I provide my Account details. Comman man can call Customer care center to get the details. So kindly improve in that are.

@centralbank_in If Customer have to walk-in to local branch to get the details, then why the customer care team is for. Can remove Customer care and use traditional way where customer rushing to bank for details.
