Rohit sharma, age 39 best known for his timing. Think twice before you write him off. Also too much talk about his age, fitness and lasting till 2027 World Cup. He is India's biggest match winner in icc events.
ROHIT SHARMA ON 2027 WORLD CUP: (JioStar).
- "The thought will never cross my mind that the business I had is finished. As long as you're playing, there is always something to look forward to and I'm looking forward to the World Cup, looking at what lies ahead for me. When the World Cup is played, when we play an ICC tournament, it has its own unique challenge".
#TheParadise A Patience Testing Artificial Mass Film!
An interesting start and decent interval are about the only portions that work in the first half. The second half is even worse with senseless writing, tedious narration, and barely any emotional connect. There are moments that show some promise in the film, but everything feels artificial, from the staging and performances to the action, while the lackluster editing and abrupt cuts only make it more chaotic.
Apart from the songs, Anirudh’s BGM is surprisingly weak, and the poor sound mixing makes things worse with excessive loudness and dialogues that are hard to follow at times. Odela completely fumbles the writing and execution, wasting a golden opportunity. It’s a head scratcher how he followed Dasara up with this. Nani puts in the effort, but even he feels like a misfit in this poorly sketched world. A completely forgettable film and easily one of Nani’s weakest.

JASON HOLDER ON ROHIT SHARMA:
- "Rohit Sharma, when you look at his outstanding one-day record, particularly against West Indies as well, he's done really well. So, He's the stalwarts of Indian cricket and world cricket pack a heavy punch". (JioStar).
“My most favourite Superstar @urstrulyMahesh’s film is #Khaleja. I enjoyed it like mad. Suddenly he became one of us throwing punches. Ignoring the talk, I watched it twice in the theatre. It has great repeat value” - @smayurk#MaheshBabu | #Trivikram
Two players have made a case for themselves in a largely meaningless Duleep Trophy. Ishan Kishan has shown that whatever the format, you have to look at him. And Tilak Varma has taken strides towards becoming the all-format player we knew he would become.
Virat Kohli's Childhood Coach on Rohit Sharma:
"As a player, I think he is a tremendous player. Undoubtedly, he is a match winner. On his given day, he's a match winner". [India Today]
Akash Madhwal on Rohit Sharma's Captaincy. [Sports Tak]
"Bhaiya's captaincy is world-class. I don't know if it's the calmness or just what comes after playing so much cricket but the way Bhaiya reads the game is exceptional. Like, if you look at when he first put me in the playing XI, he didn't give me the new ball at all. He didn't give it to me for three whole matches. After three matches, when I got comfortable & because Bhaiya knew my strength was Yorkers, he used to save me for the death overs".
SURYAKUMAR YADAV ON ROHIT SHARMA LEADERSHIP:
"The way he used to captain and defend low scores in the IPL was incredible. In the 2024 World Cup, when we needed 30 runs from 30 balls, everyone had their heads down but he gave everyone confidence". [Aakash Chopra YT]
JONTY RHODES ON ROHIT SHARMA:
- "You've got to remember that having experience at a World Cup is another factor that we don't factor in. As somebody who's played in four cricket World Cups without getting past two Semifinals, I Know how stressful it can become. So having someone like Rohit Sharma in your squad is such an asset at a World Cup". (Cricbuzz).
Nasser Hussain in a recent podcast🗣️;
I was brought up in England and including me I've seen many batters but never seen an overseas batter dominate English pitches the way Rohit Sharma has : From his debut match to his last match here😭❤️
