@mayumi_0130@mobakrmd Even those with isolated thoracic disease later developed metastases at other sites, with varying intervals. The next step is to study this subgroup to assess potential predictors (MVI, TNM…etc) to see if routine chest CT follow-up should be limited to high-risk patients.
