You are not good or bad for eating certain foods
You are not unhealthy for eating an “unhealthy” food
ALL foods provide nourishment to your body
2/ What does this mean? #type2diabetes#prediabetes can just as easily be reversed through education, investing in quality foods, and partaking in physical activity regularly. This is good news since we don't need to be reliant on medications.
1/ #controversialopinion I don't think insulin resistance is the root cause of #type2diabetes or #prediabetes as it is just another symptom. Instead, the root cause is the little choices we make every day that impacts our health that eventually manifests in high A1C values.

1. Replace sugars with Stevia #NotSponsored
2. Use ground tumeric and black pepper with my eggs
3. Use a sh*t ton of garlic. Have gum in handy.
