Abdul was nominated to be Lead VM this week as he has formed such good relationships with the children he supports. He chose #PITW 117: Behind almost every success is a good judgement.

This helps us to make sure we are making the right decisions to do our best work. #bethechange

On Friday, the volunteers in Manchester had to build a tower as part of their Leadership Development journey. The tower had to be made according to strict guidelines shared out between them in secret. Very important to share these, but they could only communicate non-verbally.
