Because current affairs are utterly appalling, I’m sharing an amazing discovery tonight. My wife has nipped back to France 🇫🇷 to sort the house out, therefore I can drink Sherry on my own. Here it is:
Amontillado and soy sauce is a peach of a pairing. Sea bream 4 the win.

As a light relief from DRS chaos I’d strongly recommend drinking sherry. It is hugely undervalued and delicious.
