@2050GuardManger It's because the RSS/hosting died, and then I made a new feed. And the episodes are not being re-uploaded in original publication order. BUT - each episode is numbered in sequence with the game/season it came from. Like, the Gamma World episodes all came out on one day.

@SlyFlourish Criticals at my table: dice you rolled plus max base weapon damage so a roll isn't wasted.

Initiative on the DM screen so PCs know who's next, but verbally reminded also.

I abstract NPCs. Roll a damage die for each and if high, they hit for that amount. Who cares if they do 1?

@SlyFlourish People rolling dice roll damage at the same time as to hit. And just take them at their word. There's all these little passes of player and DM priority.
"I got a 14."
"Total?"
"Yeah."
"Ok that hits."
"Ok, I'll roll damage now..."
Player picks out dice.
Do it 5 times, it adds up.

@cwgabriel While I was with the Army in Iraq and my brother was deployed to Afghanistan, I bought 2 of these for us, and we each have them hanging in our office wishing our deployments had been like that.
