I’ve been testing Code Review Graph on our larger repos 🛠️

It uses Tree-sitter to index function calls, imports, and tests in SQLite. When a file changes, the agent queries the graph for the exact blast radius instead of grepping around.

The authors benchmarked 38x to 528x context reduction on codebase questions. Honestly, ignore the extreme benchmark numbers. On small diffs, building the index adds overhead. But on multi-thousand file codebases, giving the agent a pre-built map makes a real difference.

Stop adding longer prompts. Measure how many irrelevant files your agent reads per PR.
