This red card debacle is hilarious. All these euro fans actually think the US will cry when the US loses. But reality is that 99% of the country will just move on no problem. They will pick up soccer again in 4 years as long as the US qualifies. #redcard#worldcup
@Alexand26765581@EnriqueVilhv2b "Soccer is the most popular sport in the world primarily because it is highly accessible, incredibly simple to learn, and requires minimal equipment. All you need to play is a ball and open space.". Congrats to you and your third world brethren.
@EnriqueVilhv2b@Alexand26765581 It's not his fault. English is his 2nd language. We can move on and forget about him, just like the 3rd world sport of soccer 😜.
@Alexand26765581 If you think it's all about FIFA then this post wasn't for you dipshit. It's for all the idiots crying about the US and posting that its "the world vs the US tonight"
@blueyank4life@JamesLear99@GabLattanzio Lol there is no doubt some of it is legit. But you cannot defend that 90+% of these guys rolling around like fools immediately pop up and are back to full strength literally seconds after getting a call or not.
@blueyank4life@JamesLear99@GabLattanzio No doubt it is growing in popularity, this argument that you have to do it to sell a legitimate call is exactly what is happening in bball They are trying to gain the casual viewers like the NFL has on lock, but they will only get them for the WC, with all the flopping.
@blueyank4life@JamesLear99@GabLattanzio Guys going off on stretchers only to jog back on a few minutes later, completely random stoppage time, flopping around like they've been shot and recover immediately after 🙄. There is a reason the NBA is losing fans, foul baiting and flopping is taking over that sport as well.
@JamesLear99@blueyank4life@GabLattanzio This is why soccer is so hated in America. They can't stop a clock to play 90 minutes, they can't even keep a timer of the players acting like they're injured to make stoppage time legitimate. And apparently I can hit & foul a player and if their body then hits me it's a red.
@zoemariets@DjPhippin@mitch_fretton They will probably win and this will be a non story soon. With that said, a VAR red card, after no card given on the pitch and no clear intent is not "justified." Should have been a yellow and move on.
