@danshipper@deakhaus if you can start to recognize those moments, you might be able to channel that feeling of threat differently, and anger can allow for some necessary defense.
@danshipper@deakhaus yes! like in what christine said, anger is a sign that something we value is being threatened. but if you don't experience anger, another response to that threat is to make yourself smaller--this can manifest in a number of ways.
