Started running at 7am before it got too warm. Felt privileged to have Roy McCarthy as my running buddy for the 33.5km. Robin also joined us for 15km with welcome refreshments

32km was the goal for the run.
Missed the run with the Jersey Joggers but saw them at the BBQ. Weather was 🌞 and there was lots of games. Helen is overall table tennis champion Thank you everyone who contributed to a great day. We laughed alot.

26km run with the fab Jersey Joggers. Saw a bee 🐝house 🏡 which was a work of art. Had a fall so hobbled home

A beautiful morning for a run from Plemont with the fabulous Jersey Joggers . Followed by a swim by some of the group. I ran home clocking up 17km through the shady tree lined lanes of St Mary, St John and Trinity. Feeling tired but totally loving the challenge. #doitfordurrell

I finished school 12 years ago today with absolutely no idea what I wanted to do with my life. Wish I could tell kids that the pressure to know isn't real. Some people follow linear career paths, some people don't. I certainly haven't, which I think is one of my strengths.
