Geste hautement symbolique de la part de la France, ce mémorial baptisé « L’Archive » est installé sur l’esplanade Habib-Bourguiba (Paris 7e). Il offre un espace de recueillement et incarne un devoir de mémoire et de transmission intergénérationnelle.

Seems like these dudes still don’t know Rwanda yet. The more you try to pressure Rwanda, the less it complies. I’ve long observed that Rwanda responds to mutual respect—respect that goes both ways. The headline should be more direct “DRC kills French aid worker….” If it were the rebels, the headline would start with ‘Rwanda-backed…’ let’s stop massaging the aggressor, who happens to be DRC and FDLR! ! It’s the very reason they demonstrate total disregard for the ceasefire! They’ve completely shelved the Washington accords!

Time for the mediator to call DRC to order!
