This spring-fed swimming hole is at Camp Tonkawa in Garrison, Texas. A Boy Scout camp from 1938-1964 (now RV park) boasts the coldest water and the finest sand in East Texas. Seriously y'all - the COLDEST water in Texas. How good does that sound right about now?!
