@DifferentPlace@OfficialFV Sounds familiar - order April to be delivered in June which didn’t happen. Told several times items were in warehouse at Dartford. Last week told order had been lost and could reorder or have refund in 7-10 days - day 3 but can’t say I’m holding out much hope. Good luck

@Waterstones Well done. Customers appreciate clarity, and personally I think it’s the right answer while uncertainty continues. You may lose some customers, but the you’ll gain some from other sellers who make a different decision.
