@IRCTCofficial @gm_nfr @RailNf @RailMinIndia Train No. 15644 (KYQ Puri Express). The train has not started from its source station yet. Departure was 23:45 tonight. Elderly people roaming from one platform to other via stairs with luggages because nobody knows the platform.
