Mindfulness Training with Virtual Reality for promoting emotional wellbeing of NHS Staff by Laura Fleetwood.

CTM employees (n=24) demonstrated reduced anxiety/depression/insomnia scores.

Recruitment challenging and retention (33 dropout). But VR shows potential.

Social media helps prevent alienation but risks exposure to eating disorder promotion pages/groups
