Happy Mother's Day and Day 10 of Mental Health Awareness Month. 💙💜
Today is a reminder that "motherhood" and "perfect" don't have to live in the same sentence. Healing isn't linear, and finding balance as a parent is a continuous journey. Whether you’re celebrating, grieving, or just practicing self-care today—you are doing enough.

Day 9 of Mental Health Awareness Month 🧠✨
Sometimes the people who check on everyone else need checking on the most. Resilience is a strength, but nobody should have to carry the weight of the world alone.
Today’s Challenge: Reach out to that one friend who "always has it together." A simple "I'm thinking of you" can go a long way. 💚

Day 7 of #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth: Let's talk about the power of Boundaries. 🛡️
Your time and energy are finite resources. Saying "no" to things that drain you isn't selfish—it’s vital maintenance.
3 ways to protect your peace today:
1️⃣ The "Soft" No: "I’d love to, but I'm at capacity right now."
2️⃣ The "Hard" No: "I'm going to pass on this, but thanks for thinking of me."
3️⃣ The "Delay" No: "I can't check this until tomorrow; I'm unplugging for the evening."
The Golden Rule: You don't need a "valid" excuse to rest. "I don't want to" is a complete sentence.
How are you protecting your energy today? 👇

If everything feels like too much, you're not alone. Small steps can help - like stepping outside, texting a friend, or giving yourself permission to rest. If the weight is still there, support is always within reach. Call, text, or chat 988 to connect with someone who cares.
@Hania16836 That's the inhome grocery store. First you must purchase the inventory and then stock the shelves. But after that the food is free to consume as you see fit.
May the 4th be with you... and your mental health. 🌌
Sometimes, managing our mental well-being feels like fighting a galactic empire. Whether you’re dealing with the "Dark Side" of burnout or just trying to find your inner Force, remember that even Jedi need rest.
Today’s mental health check-in:
Acknowledge the "Force": What’s one thing giving you energy today?
Watch for the Sith: Identify one stressor you can set a boundary with.
Find your Yoda: Who is one person you can talk to when things get heavy?
You don’t have to save the galaxy today. Just taking care of yourself is a heroic feat. 💫

Mental Health Awareness Month | Day 3: Redefining the "Good Day" ☀️
When we think of a "good day," we often picture big wins, peak productivity, or constant sunshine. But as we lean into this year’s theme—More Good Days, Together—we’re exploring a more realistic (and kinder) definition.
A good day isn’t always about being "happy"; sometimes, it’s just about being okay.
What does a "Good Day" look like for you?
Mental health is personal, and so is progress. Your version of a good day might look like:
The Minimalist: Getting out of bed and brushing your teeth.
The Connector: Having one honest conversation with a friend.
The Boundaries-Setter: Saying "no" to a task that would have drained your last 5%.
The Observer: Noticing a stressful thought without letting it drive the car.
Today’s Challenge: The "Good Day" List
Grab a sticky note or your phone’s Notes app. Write down three tiny things that make a day feel "good" to you. Not "productive," not "perfect"—just good.
Examples: > 1. The first sip of hot coffee in a quiet house.
2. Finishing one chapter of a book.
3. Stretching for 5 minutes before sleep.
The Takeaway
By defining what "good" means to us (and not what social media tells us it should be), we lower the barrier to entry for a successful day. We start to see that even on the hard days, there are small "goods" worth holding onto.
Tell me in the comments: What is one tiny thing that qualifies as a "good day" for you right now? 👇

Mental Health Awareness Month | Day 2: The Power of the "Check-In"
Yesterday was about kicking things off; today is about getting honest.
We often ask others "How are you?" as a greeting rather than a question. Today, we’re reclaiming that phrase—starting with ourselves. Real mental health support begins with the internal weather report.
🔍 The "Three-Layer" Check-In
Take sixty seconds right now to filter through these three levels:
The Body: Are your shoulders up to your ears? Is your jaw clenched? Breathe into the tension.
The Mind: Is your internal narrator being a supportive coach or a harsh critic today?
The Battery: On a scale of 1–10, what is your genuine energy level? (Not what you wish it was, but what it actually is).
💬 Reach Out (For Real)
Once you’ve checked in with yourself, send a text to one person. Skip the "How's it going?" and try something with a bit more substance:
"Hey, I’m leaning into Mental Health Awareness Month and just wanted to check in. How has your head space actually been lately?"
💡 Remember
You don't need to be in a crisis to prioritize your mental health. Taking maintenance steps when you feel "fine" is exactly how you build the resilience for when things feel heavy.
