This is regarding my father’s ongoing treatment. We had earlier availed the cashless facility for his right eye treatment at Asg Eye Hospital, Varanasi under the care of Dr.Kirti Verma. The entire process was smooth, ⬇️
2. Guide us on the appropriate steps to secure cashless treatment for my father’s left eye, considering it is a continuation of treatment by the same doctor.⬇️
To avoid unnecessary financial and procedural difficulties, I kindly request your team to:
1. Re-check the hospital’s network status and confirm why cashless approval was provided earlier but now being denied for the same hospital and treatment continuation. ⬇️
it was denied with the remark that the hospital is not in the insurer’s network.
We are confused and concerned about this, as the same hospital was approved previously for the right eye procedure under the cashless facility. ⬇️
and the pre-authorization request was approved without any issues.
Now, for his left eye treatment, we are opting for the same hospital and the same doctor. However, when the hospital TPA Department raised the pre-authorization request this time⬇️
