@lilfisticuffer Tbh, I’d not notice a lot of great things if nobody told me. Sometimes it takes someone pointing out something small for us to revel in it’s awesomeness, even if it’s only a little.
@TheAlexHofer I have a “days since last correct order” counter. Every time I order out or do drive thru, my order is wrong. I literally got one item the other day and it was hysterically incorrect.
@panerabread@DoorDash I’m super sick today and all I wanted was some soup. Y’all messed up my delivery order. Even though the driver identified the mistake, he was forced to take the incorrect order. I’m so disappointed. I have to reorder and wait another hour for soup. 1/2
@TheAlexHofer The order was placed through panera, who contracts through DoorDash. I had no way to contact DoorDash directly and panera doesn’t have in-house delivery, so they couldn’t send the correct order without me reordering. So ridiculous.
