GeM hosted a Yoga workshop today at the Chinmaya Mission Centre in New Delhi to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the International Day of Yoga.

The workshop was held as part of GeM's #YogaForHer campaign, a #FitWithGeM initiative promoting holistic well-being for women employees.

Under the expert guidance of Yoga instructor Yogacharya Shri Sheshpal, Team GeM engaged in various yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditation practices.

In line with this year's theme, #YogaForSelfAndSociety, the session aimed to raise awareness about the impact of yoga on both individual and community well-being.
